Ordering information

To order a Lokasoft product click on the corresponding Add to card button. Payment can be done via our secure ordering servers. All major credit cards are accepted. For EU customers it is also possible to pay by bank transfer. Products which are delivered electronically are usually delivered immediately. Products which require shipping are send from The Netherlands by priority mail within two business days. See the shipping info table below for approximate delivery times. For EC Customers the prices include 21% VAT.

Currency

All the base product prices are in EURO's. The USD dollar prices shown are based on a live exchange rate which is updated daily. Checkout can be done in EURO or in USD.

Use of e-mail

During the ordering process you are asked for your e-mail address. Make sure you enter a correct working e-mail address and also make sure your possible mail filters can accept mail from lokasoft.nl. We use this e-mail address to send you the status of your order and to send the download links and keycodes.

Refund policy

We have a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satified with the product, contact us within 7 day of receipt of the goods for a refund.

For downloadable products we require you to destroy all copies of the software including keycodes etc. After that we will process a full refund.

For products which required shipping we process the refund minus the shipping cost. Contact us first before sending back the product.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Lokasoft, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.

Does Lokasoft store my creditcard details ?

No. Lokasoft will not store or ask for any data of your Credit Card. Payment is completed via a secure Credit Card gateway (Worldpay or PayPal). The system will receive a notification once the payment is complete and it will send you your download links or notify us to dispatch deliverable products.

How are products delivered ?

For downloadable products download links are e-mailed as soon as your payment is processed. Tangible products are generally shipped within two working days after your payment is proccessed.
